Kvo Labs is operated by Kevin Rodriguez in Miami, Florida, serving customers across the United States. This notice describes information handled through this website and inquiries to Kvo Labs. Privacy requests can be sent to legal@kvolabs.ai.
Information you provide
When you email Kvo Labs, we receive your email address, name if supplied, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your inquiry, discuss requested work, and manage the resulting relationship. Please avoid sending passwords, identity documents, health records, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through general inquiries or the site guide. Online account registration, verification uploads, and direct checkout are currently unavailable. An unavailable website form does not deliver your message; use its email link instead.
Website requests and the site guide
Our hosting provider, Vercel, and our delivery and security provider, Cloudflare, handle connection and request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request timing to deliver and protect the website. The application uses short-lived request counters to limit abuse. Questions submitted to Kvo Guide are processed to find answers from Kvo Labs’ public knowledge source; this release does not send visitor questions to an external AI provider or store a conversation history in the application. Avoid including personal information in questions or page URLs.
Recipients and external services
Information is available to Kevin Rodriguez and service providers needed to handle it, including website hosting and email delivery/storage providers. Following a scheduling, social, or other external link connects you to that provider, which handles information under its own notice. Calendly receives connection information and any booking details you provide when you open its scheduler. We may disclose relevant information when legally required or needed to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. This notice does not promise that every provider stores data in the same country.
Storage and tracking choices
The website stores your chosen day/night theme in your browser under kvo.theme until you clear it or change it. This release blocks optional browser analytics. We do not use advertising pixels or session replay, sell personal information, or forward browsing events for targeted advertising. It does not track activity across third-party sites. Global Privacy Control and legacy Do Not Track therefore do not change this website’s current no-advertising behavior. External services you choose to visit may use their own cookies and collect activity across sites; their privacy controls apply there. Fonts and visual assets used by these pages are served with the site.
Retention and deletion
Our retention policy is to keep personal information only while needed to respond to a request, perform agreed work, maintain necessary business records, or meet legal, tax, security, or dispute-related obligations. At the end of that purpose, we review the records and delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed. Deletion requests are reviewed individually so records subject to a legal hold or retention duty are preserved only as needed. Hosting and email-provider logs and backup copies follow their own configured retention and deletion processes; we do not promise immediate removal from immutable backups.
Requests and corrections
Email legal@kvolabs.ai to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to ask about other privacy rights. Tell us the email address or interaction involved and what you are requesting; do not attach identity documents. Kevin Rodriguez handles these requests and may seek proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal information. You do not need an account. Applicable rights, exceptions, response deadlines, and appeal rights depend on your circumstances and the law; we will explain the outcome and any applicable review or appeal process. You may also use this address to ask us to reconsider a decision.
Children and security
This website presents products and services to general customers and businesses; it is not designed to solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact legal@kvolabs.ai so it can be reviewed and addressed. We use access restrictions, encrypted website transport, and bounded request handling, but no method of transmission or storage provides an absolute security guarantee.
Changes to this notice
This notice takes effect on September 15, 2026. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date; additional notice or choice will be provided when required. New collection, account, payment, tracking, or external AI features must be reflected in the notice before they are opened to visitors.
